1:1 Support, community support through day programs, group support, transporting clients both ambulant and in wheelchairs, facilitating group activities, SIL, assisting clients in woodwork, cooking, gentle exercise, multimedia/art, bowling, movies.
Hobbies :
I love driving and road trips with my family, exploring new places staying in accommodation for weekends away and planning my own itineraries, nature walks, swimming in the ocean, soaking in the Peninsula hot springs, op shopping/antiques, chasing waterfalls and the Silo Art Trail in Victoria and some in South Australia.
Credentials, Qualifications and Experience :
I have my WWCC, NDIS screen and Police check. I hold a current First aid and CPR certificate. Qualifications & Experience: Professional, Personal and lived experience raising my adult son with Autism. Certificates IV in both Disability and Leisure and Health, Certificate III in Micro Business Operations
Had my own business from home making D.I.Y mosaic art packs for both adults and children to purchase and ran both workshops, parties and markets, teaching children and adults how to mosaic.
Volunteered as a Joey Scout Leader for children 6-7 years old running weekly programs in 2007, volunteered at the Frankston Winter Shelter 2022 & 2023 assisting people experiencing homelessness with cooking, emotional support & practical support.
